Continuous development and improvement
One of our main goals is to constantly invest in knowledge and improvement of our employees. In the specially established KEC - Kontis Education Center, we train new, but also further educate existing employees for a more successful and efficient performance. After successful education and acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills, candidates are given the opportunity to start or improve their professional career at Kontis d.o.o. and contribute to further growth, development and stability of the company.

Vehicle fleet
By strengthening our business and increasing the number of employees over the years, our fleet has grown significantly, enabling mobility and quick access for all of our employees across Europe.
Regulations and Certificates
All business processes in our company are subject to ISO 9001: 2015 quality management standards and SCC ** - Safety Certificate for Contractors. These standards are certified by TÜV Austria on an annual basis and their application in all business processes is monitored on a daily basis.
Manufacturing in the most modern way
By relocating our company headquarters in May 2018, we have unified our logistics center and our manufacturing site, which greatly facilitates our daily processes, thereby significantly enhancing our quality of work and effectiveness.
